Returns and Refunds

- Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your purchased product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

- Process
To initiate a return, contact us at office@wolframmachinery.com with your order number. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been inspected.

Shipping
We ship to Canada and the USA. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated during checkout. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes applicable to international orders are the customer's responsibility. To request shipping to other countries contact us at office@wolframmachinery.com.

Order Cancellations and Modifications
You may cancel or modify your order before it has been processed for shipping. Once shipped, cancellations and modifications are not possible.
